Just for the record:
- To comply with is correct, and most commonly used in English for compliance with rules, guidelines or regulations.
- To obey is usable too, though a bit more towards the 'obedient' which is imo more loaded.
- To abide has many meanings, one of which indeed is 'to conform to', in which case it should be 'In order to abide by the #linux AUP'.
I prefer using forms of English that people actually understand, over archaic and far-fetched language.
